At the age of 19, Susann Herdegen took the step into self-employment and opened the "Su Beauty beauty salon" in the heart of Bonn city center in 2015.

Cosmetic treatments, eyelash extensions, lash and brow lifting, and various pigmentation techniques – Susann offers a wide range of treatments in her salon and employs a dedicated team.

Her passion for pigmentation ignited early in her career. She therefore specialized in this area and developed her own techniques over the past few years. She has already performed over 30,000 microblading treatments and successfully trained numerous students at the SU SKIN ACADEMY.

At her academy, she and her team of qualified industry experts offer a wide range of training courses for treatments in the beauty industry. These include cosmetic treatments such as the algae peeling treatment, also known as bio-microneedling.

She developed the cosmetic products herself for her brand SU SKIN and manufactures them in Germany. SU SKIN products are vegan and clean-beauty.

Susann places great importance on short supply chains, regional raw materials, and sustainable packaging. All products are manufactured in our laboratory in Germany.

Susann Herdegen is a well-known figure in the beauty industry; she is a role model for many young women and gives international lectures on her expertise at conferences. She also serves as a judge at beauty competitions and mentors young talent.

As the founder of her agency ÊTRE VU, she is involved in the field of marketing, supports colleagues in the industry and acts as a coach for young women on their way to successful self-employment.
